Blonyx HMB+ Creatine
HMB+ Creatine is a simple, additive-free supplement that will make you a stronger, more powerful athlete. It contains HMB, which reduces muscle damage and soreness from training, so you need less recovery time and can train harder. It also contains creatine which increases explosive strength and power. HMB+ Creatine is ideal for athletes training at a CrossFit gym, weightlifters, cyclists wanting to increase power output or for any sport that requires you to sprint or be explosive to perform.

What is HMB?
beta-Hydroxy beta-methylbutyric acid (HMB) is naturally found in the muscle where it slows muscle protein breakdown and speeds protein production. It also has a protective effect, reducing exercise-induced damage. When you increase the HMB in your diet by ~3g/d you need less recovery time and will adapt to your training quicker.
What is Creatine Monohydrate?
Creatine monohydrate is the most researched form of creatine and is shown to increase strength and power. Increasing creatine monohydrate in the diet provides muscles with a rapidly deployed source of energy that can be used by the muscle for explosive or maximal contractions.
How will HMB+ Creatine help me achieve my athletic goals?
You will start to feel the increase in strength and power caused by the creatine within the first two weeks of taking HMB+ Creatine. You’ll then notice a reduction in muscle soreness with training after week three when the HMB starts to take effect. After one month of consistent use, you’ll be stronger, faster and also able to train more frequently and/or at a higher intensity. This means you’ll get more from your training and will progress quicker.
What type of athlete is HMB+ Creatine for?
HMB+ Creatine is ideal for any athlete whose athletic ambition requires them to be stronger and more powerful.
This may be an endurance athlete working on sprint speed and power output, a weightlifter or an athlete training at a CrossFit gym. It’s also a great supplement for masters athletes or injured athletes as it will slow the natural muscle loss caused by aging or inactivity.
What type of athlete is HMB+ Creatine NOT for?
All athletes will benefit from taking HMB to improve recovery time and decrease muscle loss with inactivity but some athletes may want to avoid the increase in muscle water weight that can be caused by creatine. HMB Sport is a great alternative to HMB+ Creatine that won’t increase your body weight.
What the research shows:

Recovering from a back injury and now I’m able to exercise harder. The creatine + HMB has be instrumental in gaining strength and confidence.
I’ve been using the Blonyx creatine for about a year and noticed increased strength and endurance. The recovery after a work out has also improved.
Recommend it for any athlete and specifically for older people.
Feel stronger, look fuller and have put some good weight on too, up between 2-3kg. got the beta to stack with this and it's doing good things
Great Product, works very well. Boost in strength and definition.
Would recommend 100%, within a month I noticed increased strength and could lift at greater increments/percentages (5kg jumps with snatches and 10kg jumps with CnJ). I did gain roughly 1kg so just figuring out how to counter that.
