I've been using this product for a few years now and I've noticed an increase in endurance plus a huge change in my recovery in between weightlifting sessions. It's easy enough to incorporate into my day and can be easily added into smoothies or drinks. I've recommended this product to my teammates and friends, and will continue to do so!
