Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at hello@blonyx.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for missing orders).
We’ll investigate right away and replace or refund you, fast as needed.

Eligibility
Applies to your first order of any Blonyx product only.
One guarantee claim per household.
The request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
How It Works
Contact us at hello@blonyx.com with your order number.
Tell us what didn’t work for you — just a few quick questions to help us improve.
For supplements, we may ask for a simple photo or to return the opened container for testing (we cover the cost).
Choose between instant store credit or a refund.
Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product in sellable condition (or as otherwise agreed in cases of damaged/defective goods or product already opened).
What’s Covered
Products that didn’t meet your expectations.
Defective or damaged items (photo proof may be required).
What’s Not Covered
Repeat purchases of the same product.
Returns requested after 60 days.
Items marked as Final Sale or clearance.
Signs of misuse or excessive repeat returns.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns and refunds in cases of suspected abuse or for any other reason. Our goal is to keep this guarantee fair for all athletes.
Returns outside of the above policies
We will accept returns of product at any time as long it meets these conditions:
- Is unopened and in 100% sellable condition (we may request a photo to confirm this)
- Is returned to our warehouse location
- Is within 3 months of the expiry date
To action this, email hello@blonyx.com with your order number. You will be required to cover the cost of returning the product to us, and a $15 (GBP10) restocking fee.
Exchange Policy
Need a different product? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange.
Item must be unopened and in original packaging (apparel must be unworn).
You pay the return shipping; we’ll cover the cost to send out the replacement.
