Train at a CrossFit® gym

Blonyx HMB+ Creatine

Both HMB and creatine have been shown to increase strength and power when training involves squats, deadlifts and pressing. This is especially relevant to masters athletes where strength training becomes more important in maintaining physical ability.

HMB reduces muscle damage from training so you’ll feel less sore and will recover quicker. It also slows muscle protein breakdown so you’ll keep the muscle and strength you have.

HMB also slows muscle loss through the natural aging process - even without training

Blonyx Beta Alanine

Beta alanine increases muscle endurance by buffering the buildup of lactic acid in the muscle during high intensity training.

This enables you to go that extra few reps, meters or seconds more before fatiguing.

It also enables you to work at a higher intensity (increases your lactate threshold)- so a little faster on the assault bike for example.

Beta alanine has also been shown to enhance running (10K time)
