I’ve taken creatine lots before, but this product seemed to make me nauseous. I took it for almost two weeks and I felt nauseated for a couple hours after taking it. I took it after eating like recommended and it was the only thing I changed in my diet. As soon as I stopped taking it I stopped feeling nauseated. Not worth the price. I would just go with creatine monohydrate.
