Convenient way to try supplements

The recommended daily amount is very small, and the container includes a dipper to make it easy. The powder is very fine, and mixes pretty well into food or liquid. I don't notice a strong flavor, so all in all this is about as convenient as it could possibly be.

HMB Creatine for the win

Although the product tastes bad, it tastes pure and is easily mixed into anything. This is the first product I’ve taken in over ten years asside from protien. All I can say is it works awesome! I find myself leaner and stronger with every workout. Constant muscle soreness is gone. Absolutely love it! Worth a try in my books, Im glad I took the chance. I take roughy twice a day, once before a workout and once later in the day.
