VANCOUVER, BC (February 15th, 2021)- Blonyx, a Vancouver-based sports nutrition brand, launched the UK’s first Egg White Protein Isolate product today. Blonyx first launched the product in North America in 2019 to provide athletes with a less processed alternative to the whey and plant proteins that currently dominate the sports nutrition market.
The product, that currently comes in a single chocolate milk flavor, makes use of a novel filtering technology that removes the sulphur and some sugars from egg whites. This renders them intact, but at a higher protein concentration (hence being an isolate). The removal of sulphur also eliminates much of the egg taste.

Each serving of this high performance protein contains 20 grams of protein and 11 grams of organic cane sugar which replaces the carbohydrates burned during training. It is also lactose-free and gluten-free.
