Now that I have your attention…

Who has heard this from a friend or family member when you spontaneously started talking about this new great thing you just discovered and tried out called ********? I know I’ve heard it before and its ridiculous. However I don’t blame people, I mean you do need your 6 – 11 servings of bread, cereals, rice, and pasta right?…So why wouldn’t you think squatting is dangerous!
